By texting 877-563-7642, you consent to receive automated text messages from Bounce about party discovery, event details, RSVPs, and service updates.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your activity. You may receive multiple messages per day.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to 877-563-7642 anytime to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation message.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply. You're responsible for all carrier charges.

4. Service Description

Bounce helps University of Alabama students discover campus events and parties via SMS. Our AI bouncer matches you with events based on guest lists and host criteria.

For Guests: Ask our AI about parties, request access to events, and receive party details after RSVP confirmation.

For Hosts: Create events, manage guest lists, set attendance criteria, and monitor RSVPs.
5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or use another person's account

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

• Submit fake RSVPs or manipulate attendance

• Use the service for illegal purposes

• Share event details with non-verified users

• Use bots or automated systems

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their events comply with all laws and university policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of Bounce is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your phone number is never shared with other users or hosts.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

BOUNCE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The safety, legality, or quality of any event

• The accuracy of event information

• Any injuries, damages, or losses at events

• The conduct of hosts or guests

YOU ATTEND EVENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We assume no liability.

8. Termination

You may stop using Bounce anytime by texting STOP. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
